Permitted Use for Casting: Visitors are permitted to stream and download the audio demos and showreels from this Site strictly for non-commercial, casting evaluation purposes (e.g., a casting director, creative agency, or producer downloading a track to evaluate our suitability for a project or to present to a client for pitching purposes).

Explicit Retention of Copyright: Allowing these downloads does not constitute a transfer of ownership, a commercial license, or a waiver of copyright. EHJ Voices explicitly retains full copyright and ownership of all downloaded audio files.

3. Service Inquiries, Quotes, and Bookings

No Binding Contract: Requesting a quote, submitting a contact form, or asking for a custom audition script via the Site does not constitute a legally binding agreement to perform work.

Formal Service Agreements: A binding contract for voiceover services is only formed when both parties mutually agree in writing to a specific project brief, usage licensing terms (buyouts), rates, and delivery timelines, or when a formal Service Agreement is signed.

4. Prohibited Uses of the Site
